Chronic Subdural Hematoma Presenting as Insidious Onset Unilateral Involuntary Movements

Axial T2-fluid attenuated inversion recovery magnetic resonance imaging of the brain performed on October 10, 2024, reveals a small (2 mm), chronic-appearing, mildly enhancing right holohemispheric subdural collection. In addition, mild-to-moderate cerebral atrophy and chronic microvascular ischemic changes are present.
